Getting product details...

We get a lovely pronounced flavour of red apple skins with this coffee, along with sweet praline.
Ondas de Mantiqueira was built back in 1850 & its production consists of dairy, coffee, grains and banana. The farm is managed by José Nicácio Itagyba de Oliveira, who paved the way to organic certification for Ondas da Mantiqueira. They are expecting to receive official certification later this year as a result of years of hard work to banish all chemical fertilisers & harness the 7 beautiful mineral springs on the farm for self-irrigation.

The coffee fields lie at an altitude between 1100 and 1400 meters above sea level and thanks to this along with the rich soils, the coffees produced on Ondas de Mantiqueira have a delicate fruity profile with a level of acidity rarely found in Brazilian coffees.
