Getting product details...

Cherry juiciness with a long Chocolate finish and a spice aroma.

From Guy at Cast Iron Coffee Roasters:

The very first coffee we ever roasted was from the Kayanza region of Burundi so we are delighted to have another coffee from this beautiful country.

This coffee is intense and fruity with hints of cherry, peach and milk chocolate.

Farm Details

Mpanga is both the name of the farm and the central washing station that processes this lot. They are both owned by Jean Clement of SEGEC exporters who also handle the export. The washing station is situated in the Kayanza village so is well placed to receive cherry from all the small producers in the surrounding area. This lot is the premium washed process from the Mpanga farm.
