Rich Dark chocolate, caramel, biscuit. Dense body, syrupy mouthfeel and smooth finish.
This is the third version of our espresso blend, named after the area where we are based. Charlestown is more of a traditional style blend, a touch darker than the Unione, with lots of body, which cuts perfectly through milk.
It consists of:
50% Brazil Fazenda Pantano - Mundo Novo varietal and Natural process. 1150 masl
50% Sumatra Mandheling Grade 1 - Grown around 1150 to 1450 meters above sea level, in the northern regions of Aceh’s capital Takengon. Varietal is mainly Typica & Caturra, The coffee is semi-washed and wet-hulled, a process that involves the part-drying of freshly pulped beans before removing the parchment.

All single 250g coffee orders will be despatched in letterbox friendly, recyclable packaging, by 1st Class postage. Larger quantities of coffees will be sent 2nd class.
