Location & Farmer - This coffee is grown by the Naimeg family in Araxa in the state of Minas Gerais at 980 metres above sea level. The varietal is Catuai and is dry processed.
The Processing - The ripe cherries are machine picked and the densest cherries are selected, due to the high sugar content which makes them ideal for natural processing. The cherries are then dried on raised beds. The coffee is then dry milled and sorted for defects and packaged up.
