This Red Bourbon coffee from the Southern region of Rwanda is supplied by collaborative small farms in the region. The high altitudes & nutrient soil are perfect for producing high quality coffee & bring rich complexity to the cup flavour. Roasted to a medium profile, you can expect grapefruit and dark chocolate that is well-bodied and syrupy.
