We are very excited to share this experimental lot which has been 3 years in the making.

Our sources at Freemans Trading made personal investment to separate off some of Jose Quinto Estradas coffee for experimental processing.

Like with all experiments there is a risk of failure and without the investment from Freemans we may never have discovered thsi phenomenal coffee.

the risk has now paid off and thsi coffee scooped 3rd place at the National Coffee Expo in front of some 100,000 farmers in Lima – quite extraordinary for a farm which before had never won any award. This coffee is bursting with the character we expect from a natural, the boozy notes acquired from drying with the skin on, the cup is packed with berries & a jammy texture.
