Getting product details...

From Weanie Beans:

Produced by a number of neighbouring farmers within the cooperative group Coope Dota. All coffee is selectively hand picked ensuring only fully ripe cherries are brought into the cooperatives processing mill, the first of its kind in the area. A mechanical pulper separates the coffees beans from the fruit with this honey process saving on water by skipping any washed fermentation and going straight out to the drying patios. Much of the honey-like, sticky mucilage layer remains intact with the beans as they dry under sun, imparting a dense candy apple sweetness and smooth body.
