From Rounton Coffee Roasters:

Having sourced coffee from Finca Bosque Lya for several years, we couldn’t imagine Rounton Coffee without it. The farm was established in 1932 when Gustavo Vides Valdes named his property in honour of his newly born daughter, Lya. The farm name Bosque Lya translates to 'Lya’s forest'.

Currently, we have two coffees from Bosque Lya in the roastery - a washed process and a natural process - and although they hail from the same place, they are wonderfully different. This showcase package gives you the chance to try these two coffees side by side, and see for yourself how processing methods can change the way a coffee tastes.
