Tasting notes: Tastes of hot fudge and pecan pie, this coffee has a little orange finish to cut through the sweetness

From Weanie Beans:

The Tlecuaxco Group is made up of 6 neighbouring farms on the Zongolica mountain range. They each only use organic compost as fertiliser to grow the Bourbon, Caturra & Garnica varieties, which are grown amongst native shade trees and plants, providing a safe haven for birds and other wildlife.

The coffee cherries are pulped at the group's wet mill and dried on raised beds, which helps to give the coffee a smooth and buttery mouthfeel.
