Dear Green Coffee: El Salvador, Finca El Caracol, Microlot, Washed

This planation was started in 2011 with a view to creating jobs through eco-tourism. Most the proceeds are reinvested in the farm and to improve community living standards. The plantation is 30 hectares and grows a Pacas variety, a dwarf Bourbon mutant which produces exceptional quality. The farm prides itself on its adherence to quality control protocols, as well as supporting the community.
