From Nino @ Casa Espresso:

This coffee is super creamy, like whipped cream! Expect notes of nougat, praline and soft fruits like strawberries.

We recommend this coffee for espresso mainly, however it does make for an easy drinking and smooth filter coffee.

Location & Farmer

This coffee is grown by Owner Olney Barreira junior at 1100-1200 metres above sea level. The Santa Barbara farm is located in the region of Campo de Vetentes.

Process

This coffee is dry processed (aka natural) – the ripe cherries are machine picked and sorted, mechanically dried and then the fruit is removed from the green coffee.
