This coffee hails from South-West Colombia and is the product of a small collaboration of farmers in the region. This area boasts a unique microclimate due to its proximity to the Andes mountains, and the high altitudes - combined with a soil rich in minerals and volcanic ash - have a remarkable effect on coffee production.
