Established in 2012 Foundry are a small independent business based in Sheffield, Yorkshire. Their team comprises of 7 members in total working between two bases - a roastery and coffee bar based at the Cutlery Works and their other coffee shop in the City Centre.

They find the best coffee beans from all over the world and then spend a lot of time tasting, measuring and tweaking until they are happy that they have found the perfect roast profile for each coffee.

Foundry’s unbridled love of coffee stems from its ability to forge connections with people, whether from sharing a great cup with friends in a coffee shop or working in collaboration with farmers and producers all over the world.

Roasting and delivery information

We roast to order and at least three times per week. We will ship your order on our roasting day as long as it is received by the day before.

We use Royal Mail 1st class post in especially designed, letterbox friendly packaging.
