From Rounton Coffee Roasters:

Over the last couple of years, there has been one particular farm we have sourced coffee from that never fails to impress. Los Pirineos is located in Usulutan, El Salvador, and is owned by Gilberto Baraona. The farm has been in his family for three generations. Gilberto employs 50 full-time employees and 75 seasonal staff, each of whom are trained to Gilberto's strict standards, allowing this farm to produce coffees that are sought after by some of the world's top roasters.

Currently, we have two coffees from Los Pirineos in our roastery, and although they hail from the same place, they are wonderfully different. This showcase package gives you the chance to try these two coffees side by side, and see for yourself how varietal and processing method can change the way a coffee tastes. We won't spoil the fun, but we're constantly amazed by the complexities and differences you can find between coffees, so find out for yourself what's possible, from one of the most celebrated coffee farms in the world.
