From Rinaldo's Coffee:

At the heart of speciality coffee, Ethiopia remains a favourite of ours. This offering from various small holders, consolidated at the Aricha mill scores a huge 87 on the SCA cupping sheet and is grown at over 2000 masl, ensuring great complexity from the soil, climate and altitude.

Aricha G1, sourced from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, is a natural processed coffee that showcases the wild fruit flavours so adaptable to pour-over or filter style brewing methods. You'll love the plum and toffee notes in this incredible sweet coffee.

Ethiopian coffee tends to comprise various indigenous Heirloom varietals, resulting in a complex cup, derived from cultivars often over hundreds of years old.
