From Heart & Graft Coffee Roastery:

Papua New Guinea produces some amazing coffees and we think we’ve got one of them!

This AA Arokara comes from farms that were originally set up to use modern farming methods but in the last 10-15 years have now returned back to traditional methods with no pesticides or ‘chemical’ fertilizers. The cherries are hand picked by the whole team and pulped the same day, later fermented in vats for 36 hours.

This new addition to the Mystere et Prestige archetype exemplifies the tastes we’ve come to expect with herbal, spicy notes and big heavy body.
