Miriam is one the founders of the inspirational COMSA coop. She is a pioneer of biodynamic farming, and meditates on her coffee farm under the moon. Cultivating coffee in harmony with nature.

For the first time Miriam has experimented with a black honey process resulting in a superb coffee with: dark fruit, jammy and cocoa flavours.
