From Clifton Coffee:

Tutianapa is an old Mayan name meaning ‘between two rivers’, which eloquently describes it’s location in the famous coffee growing region of Santa Ana. Like all of his Farms Fernando has chosen to preserve his Bourbon to keep the cup quality coffees of this variety and origin are known for rather than replace with rust resistant varieties. Fernando uses organic methods across all of his estates to control the Roya, which while more labour intensive, have allowed him to preserve quality and keep his title as the most decorated Cup Of Excellence farmer in El Salvador.
