From Carringtons Coffee Co:

This Colombian Decaf coffee has a sweet, chocolatey flavour without the caffeine hit.

The decaffeination process uses ethanol created by fermenting sugarcane molasses. This method is a natural wash that draws the caffeine out of the coffee beans before drying.

A medium roast coffee with a smooth finish.
