From Clifton Coffee Roasters:

Finca San Pablo is a farm in the Santa Ana department of El Salvador on the east side of lake Coatepeque with stunning views over the lake to the active Santa Ana Volcano. The farm, like many in the region, has struggled historically with coffee leaf rust, reducing yields and making it difficult for the coffee to produce well.

However, with careful organic farming techniques and a gentle approach to disease treatment the farm has been restored to it’s pre-rust production, and has managed to preserve the high quality Bourbon coffee variety that El Salvador is so well known for.
