From Clifton Coffee:

This coffee is grown in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range in the Ahuachapán region of western El Salvador on the beautiful Finca San Luis. Originally managed by Luis Duarte Jr, the farm has since passed on to his son of the same name. Shying away from the more rust-resistant but not as tasty varieties now gaining traction in Central America, Luis Duarte instead has kept his Bourbon plants, managing rust with clever agriculture and practices to ensure the quality his family are known for is maintained. We are proud to showcase this excellent example of El Salvadorian coffee in one of our many direct trade purchases from the region.
