From Weanie Beans:

The Inza municipality which is on the border of Colombia's top two growing regions, Cauca & Huila, is home to lots of small coffee growers, most of whom produce fewer than 10 bags a year. In order to achieve more sustainable prices and more volume, they pool together their coffees. They focus on traditional washed coffees, with them oftentimes having to improvise drying patios by laying the coffee on the roofs of their houses to dry. This resourcefulness has made for a remarkably consistent Cauca flavour profile with creamy milk chocolate and cherry sweetness.
