From Rounton Coffee Roasters:

This hand picked and fully washed coffee from El Salvador will provide a very sweet and clean flavour profile in the cup. Coffees from this region of El Salvador are grown in rich volcanic soil upto 1650 masl with approximately 60% of the coffee produced being of the Bourbon variety which is characterised by an exceptionally clean, bright and sweet profile with strong nutty undertones.

In El Salvador, El Borbollon mill honors a family tradition committed to production techniques at every stage of the milling process and developing sustainable practices to preserve the environment. The majority of coffee is produced from farms considered to be medium sized in comparison to other Central and Southern American producing countries. The coffee produced is a result of the farmers’ passion and expertise. Combine this with a skilled picking and milling workforce, and this creates some truly wonderful coffees.
