From Carringtons Coffee Co:

This Colombian Decaf coffee has a sweet, chocolatey flavour and is perfect for when you don’t want a caffeinated hit.

The decaffeination process used is a natural wash using fermented molasses from sugarcane to create ethanol, which is then used to draw out the caffeine before the green coffee beans are dried out.

We medium roast this coffee very similar to our Finca Las Mercedes.
