March 2020 marked the end of his journey as a pilot and the perfect opportunity to harbour his other passion, coffee. Working with Mercanta UK to source the finest specialty grade coffees, Altitude Coffee roast on a Giesen W6A at their roastery in Hornchurch, East London. Hosting a range of unique blends and a wide variety of single origins, including exclusive micro lots.
