We have been involved within the coffee industry since 2005, and launched Carrara Collection in 2010, and opened our Roastery in 2015, roasting our own specialist blends for customers.
We also have our in-house Coffee School, with fully trained Barista’s, so we can offer our customers courses in all levels of barista training, giving them the confidence to make the perfect cup of coffee. Plus we can also work with and create speciality bespoke blends for our trade customers, giving them a unique coffee that is tailored to their customer requirements, offering a completely exclusive product.
